Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial needs an email address and a password, nothing else. There is no card form anywhere in the product.
Why do you email me a code?
To confirm the address is real and yours before an account exists. Nothing is created until the code is entered, so an address that is never confirmed leaves no trace and stays available.
What happens after the three days?
The dashboard stops serving new data and shows you the packages instead. Nothing is deleted — everything matched during your trial is still there when a package is activated.
How do I actually pay?
You request a package from inside the app, we contact you to agree terms, and we invoice you directly. Once it is settled our team activates the package on your account, usually the same working day. No card details ever enter the platform.
Which languages and spellings are handled?
Albanian, Serbian and English. Serbian Cyrillic is folded to Latin, Albanian diacritics are normalised, and you can add your own spelling variants per keyword — so a name written four different ways is still one keyword.
Can I track competitors as well as my own brand?
Yes. Keywords are typed as brand, competitor, person, product or topic, and reports can include or exclude competitor coverage. Share of voice comes from that split.
